Eva Jacqueline Longoria is a very renowned American actress. She has won several awards and was also nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a comedy series. She has become very famous since her role played perfectly in Desperate Housewives. She is also very famous for her fresh and trendy hairstyles. Her hairstyles are very elegant and new to the public. She experiments on her look by making many alterations in her hair color and the way she carries them. There are many incidents when she can be spotted in a clean look with a bun and color streaks that add a lot of glamour to her look. Many other hairstyles have her hair falling loose below the shoulder with wavy curls that come outwards, along with the side fringe. She has also gone very short on her hairstyle with a bob cut. The hairstyles that she flaunts are indeed very good too and glamorous.

Makeup Trends 2012

Each year has its flow and this year is not an exception. This year, it's all about the eyeliner. But, the biggest trend will be most seen with eyeshadow. And 2012 is bursting with colors. Now is that time to reach for those blue eye shadows, fire truck red lipsticks and intensely pink blushes. From everything to colored eyeliner to a touch of color in the inner corner, color is back!

Spring/summer glow
With summer just around the corner, you want to look like you have sun kissed cheeks. Many of the runway shows, featured models with a healthy flush to the cheeks as if they had just been outside. Achieve the same healthy coloring by going for more light pink, peachy pink or apricot blushes. For that extra glow, use a touch of bronzer that has a little shimmer. If you prefer matte blushes and/or bronzer, add that hint of glow with a highlighter. If you want your cheeks to be the center of attention, then pair this trend with neutral eyes and lips and it will look like you just had fun outdoors. On well moisturized skin, peach and bronze are what made this gorgeous look a favorite, dubbing it the "sporty cheeks".

Rock those red lips
Red lips are the talk of the town this year. The reds range from blue-based (cool reds) to warm reds. There is no limitation too as to the finish. Choose between a matte lipstick or go all out with one that is super glossy. The idea here is to draw attention to kissable lips. If you're a bit shy about donning a daring red, go for more muted reds that give you soft rosy lips instead. You can also opt to use sheerer lip glosses than lipsticks, or you can dab the lipstick instead of swiping it across the lips to get that soft wash of color. Pair your bold lips with neutral make up on the eyes and cheeks.

Eyeliner Trends
The latest eyeliner trend features a double flick at the outer corner of the eye. This gives the traditional cat eye liner a twist. Play around by making the bottom flick thicker than the upper one or use another color on the upper flick. If you are up to it, you can even extend the flick as far out as you are comfortable with or use colored liquid liners for a more fearless look.

Colorful Smokey Eyes
This trend veers away from the traditional black, gray and brown smokey eyes and goes for navy blue, deep purple and green, and silver. Using a color of your choice, it is smoked up almost until the brow and the color on the lower lid is brought a little lower than usual. Experiment with smoking the color out first until you find the right intensity for you. Pair it with neutral lips and cheeks and you are ready for a night out.

Full, Lush Eyebrows
Pack up your tweezers and cool down those wax warmers because full, natural brows are in this year. Known as the "power brow", this striking and feminine look can be achieved with brow powder, pencils, or with simply styling your brows by brushing them upwards. Using a brow gel can help hold not only the color but the shape of the brows as well.

Be Yourself
Whichever trend you pick just remember that you do not necessarily have to follow them as seen on the runway. Tweak them to suit your features and so that you are comfortable with it. Remember that these trends are guides, not rules and you are the boss of your makeup. So, whether you want to make a bright and bold statement with your look, or just be your natural and beautiful self… this is the year for you!

Vitamins for Healthy Hair

Does what you eat really have effect on hair grows? It certainly does. Healthy hair growth requires a wide variety of vitamins. And hair reflects the general state of your health.

B Vitamins Are Important For Healthy Hair
The best vitamins for hair growth include the B vitamins. These are usually found in whole grains, fresh fruit, brewer's yeast, eggs, fish, turkey, meat, and milk. These vitamins are water-soluble, which means they don't build up in your body like vitamin A does.

Vitamin E Can Help With Hair Loss
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that stimulates the scalp by increasing blood circulation. An increase in blood circulation makes more nutrients available to the hair follicles so they can grow stronger, healthier hair.

Vitamin A Plays A Role In Healthy Hair Growth
Vitamin A is important for over-all good health. It's also beneficial to hair follicles, as it keeps the hair root lubricated. Vitamin A is found in red, yellow, and orange vegetables, green leafy vegetables, liver, and eggs. Be careful with vitamin A. Your body doesn't break this one down like it does the B vitamins. Vitamin A can build up in your body to dangerous levels, so don't take more than you need.

Vitamin C Is Essential For Healthy Hair
Everyone has heard of the benefits of vitamin C in preventing colds. But did you know it's also a good vitamin for your hair? Eat lots of citrus fruits, kiwis, strawberries, pineapples, tomatoes, and green and red peppers, and you'll never have a deficiency in this nutrient.

It's really hot to have a wheat color skin, like Gloria in Modern Family, Elena in Vampires Diaries. They never resist their nature wheat color, and the make up is also sexy. So girls, why don't go out and enjoy the sunshine to have a healthier skin.

Charming Hair Styles for Overweight Women

When it comes to hairstyles for overweight women, making the right choice is important to help balance the look and enhance the best facial features, without drawing attention to the weight. And there are so many hairstyles suitable for overweight women, who have different facial shapes.

Round-if you have the round face, the widest part is at the cheeks. Your goal should be to lengthen both the upper and lower portions of your face. Build some height on the top of your head while avoiding shorter, slicked back styles.

Square- a square brow and angular jaw line are the features of the square facial shape. Hair swept onto the face and covering the brow will soften sharp angles. Shorter lengths that extend just below the chin will further help to soften a square jaw.

Pear-this facial shape has a wide chin and a narrow forehead. A hairstyle that widens the forehead while taking attention away from the chin is desirable. Hair should be fuller on top and swept away from the face to create the illusion of a fuller forehead. Avoid styles that are wider at the chin to soften a square jaw line.

Oval-like the hourglass plus size body shape, an oval face works well with just about any style. Hair pulled back or worn up shows off an oval face. Long styles or shorter hair with some curls will also look flattering on an oval face.

Heart Shaped- this is a triangular facial shape, with a wide forehead and a narrow chin. Wear styles that widen your chin such as layered styles angled toward your face. Shorter lengths to the middle of your neck work best.
